Trust as a strategic capability.
A strong track record does not always establish readiness for greater responsibility. Decision-makers must consider what a professional’s experience demonstrates and what they can reasonably expect when responsibilities change.
The Presencesmith Trust Framework provides a structured approach to understanding, assessing, developing and sustaining trust.
Professional Trust applies the Framework to career progression, leadership transitions and professional relationships. It helps individuals understand what others need to know, assess what their experience demonstrates and develop practical actions to strengthen trust.

Presencesmith combines instruction, case studies and practical exercises with work on participants’ own professional objectives.
Workshops address a particular challenge, such as starting a new role, preparing for greater responsibility or developing important stakeholder relationships. Participants develop an initial assessment or practical plan.
Foundation and Core Programmes provide broader learning and application. The Foundation Programme develops an initial approach, while the Core Programme includes implementation, monitoring and review over eight weeks.
